Abuja based and human rights activist lawyer samuel ihensekhien jnr (esq)has filed committal and contempt proceedings against a certain mr Paul odili and the CEO of houses for Africa Nigeria limited and Jonah capital Nigeria. Information made available to our news desk has it that For years the above Paul odili and his subsidiary company above has been demolishing ,trespassing into peoples legally allocated plot of land in lugbe extention 1,Fct abuja.it is also noted that aforementioned Company above are also using another pseudo company name known as river park boulevard to tresspass into peoples plot of land and sometimes demolish same in this regard,moreso the said aforementioned Paul odili and his subsidiary/joint company has ben demolishing and trespassing into peoples land at before dunamis intl church known also as the (dome) Located at Lugbe extention 1 fct-abuja.it was upon this bedrock humans right lawyer Samuel ihensekhien Jnr was briefed by some section of landowners and residents of lugbe one extention 1 in Fct-abuja and to this end he has filed comtempt/commital proceedings at fct high court to commit the abovementioned trespassers and described persons to prison for disobedience to to the extant judgment of Fct high court as there exist a subsiting fct high court judgment,which has not be setaside by any appeal court in suit fct/hc/CV/2138/10 between in Re: lugbe 1 land owners association vs Fcda, Jonah capital Nigeria limited, and houses for Africa nigeria limited.which held and declared all land owners and members of this association as lawfull owners of this different plot of land in lugbe 1 extention layout,Fct -Abuja in his reaction,the human rights lawyer Samuel ihensekhien Jnr informed us that the commital proceedings was the fallback options now that the aforementioned persons and trespassers are in the habit of further trespassing and frequently demolishing land owners fence at lugbe extention 1 -abuja,as he beliefs that the residents and land owner will protected by this committal proceedings in this regard Also as at press time on 6th February 2020.Jonah capital limited and river park limited alongside the said Paul odili have not been served as they were evading service of court process of commital proceedings in this regard.reacting Samuel ihensekhien Jnr stated that it goes to show the kind of integrity /personage the aforementioned company represents and promise to the needfull in this regard.
