Earned promotions for women? So women don't get promoted yet we have female permanent secretaries and heads of service(both federal n in the states)? This positions are earned via promotions within the Civil service according to Civil service rules. Politically women have been senators,members of parliament, dep. gov., even acting governors. At one time a woman was a governor(when a governor was impeached)

There's ministry of women affairs but there's no such ministry for men affairs! Abi men no get affairs? Yet men support our lovely ladies/women.
