We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee all building-related activities managed by Benetech Logistics. He/She will be responsible for the preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well functioning.

The Ideal Candidate will be well organised and able to optimise the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. Leadership abilities and phenomenal efficiency can set you apart among our candidate pool.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Inspect buildings'structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
2. Review utility consumption and strive to minimise costs
3. Supervise all facilities subcontractor's staff (technicians)
4. Manage tenants occupying spaces within the properties
5. Handle insurance plans and service contracts
6. Keep financial and non-financial records.
7. etc.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Proven experience as a facility manager or relevant position
2. Knowledge of basic accounting and financial principles
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Excellent organisational and leadership skills
5. Good analytical/critical thinking
6. One year minimum post NYSC experience
7. Great interpersonal skills
8. Candidates must be living in Abuja
