You ever wondered why famous movies star and celebrities fell for grace to grass? Or how an extrovert suddenly turn to a timid person? There might be lot of reasons for this, but the most common is critics and misjudgment of others and in some cases it can leads to depression.

Depression is one of the causes of deaths of teenagers and adults these days, they began to have self pity and self condemnation of themselves, they felt like inferior to their mates, some might just be delusions instigated by their thoughts but mostly it’s societal critics, expectations and pressure.

Teenagers with the mindset of impressing others always find it hard to live their life completely, at a single step, they will start thinking “what will my friend think”? “What will my neighbor thinks”? Yes this may not be all bad, but it should not be implied in all the steps you take in life.. It’s your life and you should be the best judge of your actions, when others critics and judgement starts clouding what you think of yourself, that breeds self condemnation and low self esteem, which is also the expressway to depression..
