Responsibilities:
Ensure zero tests refund due to data capture errors
Reduction in operational expenses through efficient and effective specimen handling
Ensure proper maintenance of equipment - reduce breakdown costs
Accurate data capturing and effective specimen handling

Job Requirements
HND Science Laboratory Technology
Strong written and verbal communication skills especially when dealing with difficult clients
Ability to build relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Good analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize a demanding workload
Good customer service skills
Relevant Work Experience: 1 – 3 years working experience in the Hospital & Health Care Industry.
