It seems this our time #500,000 can’t fund business anymore, i spent close to a million last two years on my printing business but it folds up last year December that i have to sell of my printing machine and computer and I survey all my friends business too that they acquired like #500k to establish but their business fold up too. As any one experience this same issues. Or do any one here have idea on what #500k can do.

You sound high-handed and I recommend people to boycott commenting atall. If you have failed then you should place very good value on other people's creative instincts. Even if you won't pay for such, showing respect shouldn't be hard for you. If you can't show respect and humble yourself as your condition demands, then continue your serial business failures.
