The Chief Executive Officer / Lead Consultant of the firm was the pioneer consultant CEO of Enugu Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) Centre, a Small Business Development and Support Services Centre, initiated by United Kingdom Department for International Development (DFID) and jointly owned by UK-DFID / Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) / Enugu State Government.

In 2005, he represented Nigeria in Entrepreneurship / Private Sector Leadership Development Programme, in Geneva, Switzerland.

Development Enterprise mindset - do a business environmental scanning - generate possible business ideas - identify from the ideas a clear business opportunity - validate and evaluate the identified idea that offers a clear business opportunity - create your vision for the planned business - Ask for help from business support services provider, SME agency/associates - develop your bankable business plan - address the key legal and regulatory matters - seek funding access - assemble your resources (human and material) - make the start-up arrangements - grow and sustain your business through winning small business management practices - your harvest is SUCCESS STORY.
