A Nigerian named Tobias Solomon was sentenced to 21 months imprisonment by a Magistrates Court in Kafanchan for trying to commit the crime of theft
Tobias was charged with the case of criminal trespass and attempting to commit an offense that is contrary to sections 333,313 and 57 of the Kaduna state Penal Code
Esther Bishen, the Police Prosecutor, Insp told the Court that the report was given by Akuna Emmanuel at the divisional police station, Kafanchan, on February 3, 2020.
