Please advise;

Pension Reforms Act 2004 states that all employers must have a group life insurance policy to cover all staff at least up to 3 times their annual salary. In the course of death then, the employee's dependents are to receive the insurance claim. Also the Workmen's Compensation Act also states that if an employee dies accidentally in the course of work, his dependants should also be paid compensation up to 42 months of the staff's monthly salary.

The dilemma now is that for a late employee is the family to collect benefits based on workmen's compensation and group life insurance under PENCOM Act or just from one of them.
