Base Compensation:
As compensation for your services, provided you are not in default of any material obligation, the
Company shall pay you an allowance and commission per. month, of which the commission is
subject to legally required withholding and payable in accordance with the Company’s usual
payroll policies and practices. The allowance is for the purpose of supporting your business
