Nigeria's Minister of Transportation, Rt.Hon.Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi on Saturday laid the foundation of an Institute of Transport at Gregory University, Uturu, Isiukwuator LGA of Abia State in the the Eastern Part of Nigeria.

Earlier before the ceremony, the honourable minister was received a chieftaincy title from the Royal Highness of Uturu and his council of chiefs conferred.

Bittertruth Media recalls that Mr.Amaechi was conferred with the chieftaincy title of "DIKE DI OHA NMA 1 OF UTURU ".
