Some caucus members of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) have ordered the arrest of the All Progressive congress party (APC) national chairman, Comrade Adams Aliu Oshiomhole following the Bayelsa governorship election saga.

Recall that the Supreme Court had earlier declared the People's Democratic (PDP) party candidate, Senator Duoye Diri as winner of the November 2019 Bayelsa state Governorship election after sacking the initial announced winner, David Lyon winner.

The PDP caucus members how ever are of the opinion that Oshiomhole be arrested and questioned for presenting an unqualified candidate.

The newly declared winner, Duoye Diri has since been sworn in as the governor of the state and has started carrying out his duties
