However you guys also need to carry out some ideological changes that have made the North a place of terror.

In any civilization, what matters most is the human development because that will have a ripple effect on other aspect of development.

Continue what you’re doing and also work in the background to sensitize the leaders of the North on the need for human development and the North will be great.

You're wrong about the poverty rate. It's clear there's a big divide between the north and south. Multiple agencies from UN to world bank already confirmed this. None of the northern states hsve published differing stats.

Kano, Gombe, kebbi, jigawa and bauchi is more peaceful and safer than most of the southern state
Northern Nigeria have the most peaceful states in Nigeria

None of the states or federal government has published per 100k stats backing this statement up. Nigeria's crime statistics suck in general when you compare it to South Africa. There's is much more detailed.
