Whilst reading about the attack on some communities in Delta State I imagined a scenario where the attack was repelled by a regional security outfit like Amotekun. Alas! It occurred to me such cannot exist in the South South region. The region does not have the cohesion and unity of purpose amongst the member states needed to come together and form a regional security outfit, like was done in the South West. The dynamics at play will not allow such come to fruition.
