Summary of events in Imo:


PDP massively rigged the votes in Ihedioha's federal constituency, yet Ihedioha did not meet the constitutional requirement to be declared winner.

INEC erroneously pronounced Ihedioha elected.

Supreme Court judges pronounced judgement based on arguments from lawyers of all sides, and based on figures before them.

Ihedioha now turns around and says: oh, Uzodinma presented false votes.

So APC should have sued on basis of geographical spread and save us this EMBARRASSMENT of a judgment!

As for the votes, u r comparing apples and oranges. INEC is the legally constituted referee. INEC had no problems with Ihedioha votes (neither did APC for that matter!)

The same INEC swore, UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY, that they never issued the Uzodinma documents.

“INEC had in their reply to the petition disowned those result sheets and averred emphatically that no results were generated from those polling units as elections in those polling units were cancelled by presiding officers as a result of violence, over voting, snatching of electoral materials etc.
INEC stated that any result from those polling units presented by any of the candidates must be fake.”

All elections have errors and shenanigans. But that’s why the bar for removing an incumbent is high. After all the games and maneuverings the umpire declares a result. It is VERY IMPORTANT not to change that result unless the documentary proof is unassailable and the reasons crystal clear. INEC declared Ihedioha the winner and Hope 4th place. That’s the baseline. They were not equal - one was the incumbent, the other came FOURTH! You don’t lightly change that.

International what? Did the international know that all legal teams to the petition exhausted their arguments before the Supreme Court judgement?

Did they know Emeka Ihedioha first started rigging of votes in his home constituency?

Did the international know that Ihedioha didn't win governorship election in Imo state, didn't meet the constitutional requirement of 25% of votes in 2/3 of the number of local government areas of Imo state, yet INEC declared Ihedioha winner?

Your international didn't know that APC controlled Imo state before the election, and that PDP never won Imo governorship election after 2003.

From the look of things, the request for review will most likely be thrown out on technicalities instead of it's merit.

Nigerians never seizes to amaze me...can the supreme court break our laws to pls anyone? As far as I am concern ...no fresh evidence is coming in....They are still gonna make use of the facts abinitio.....I don't see any hope for Emeka
