One of the leading financial institution in Nigeria is urgently looking for POS Support Officers.

Job Description
Provide 1st line support for all POS terminals through RMs and ECs.
Daily/Weekly visitation to merchants locations.
Increase POS transaction count and volume by constantly engaging RMs on active/inactive terminals and visiting low performing merchants.
Ensure timely deployment of POS terminals across the assigned region and training of relationship managers on POS 1st line support issues.


Qualification
HND or OND
Male Only
Experience Motorcycle in Lagos
1-year Experience on POS support will be an added advantage
