ortuguese and Juventus football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo is arguably the best footballer the world has ever seen. He has won countless trophies and honours like the Euros, UEFA Champions League, Ballon d’Or and FIFA Men’s Player of the Year.



In 2017, Cristiano Ronaldo and Nyesom Wike the governor of Rivers state, met over the establishment of a football academy in Rivers state, Nigeria.

The governor said this was a necessary step as it would help bring out the finest talents in the state as far as football is concerned, and also create wealth by means of youth empowerment.
