He said it's fraud because it's clearly the same Nigerian police just with extra people reporting to them and not really securing the community.

But most people did not watch the video but are commenting and also dropping insults here and there

How can you want to recruit thousands of people to work part-time, a recruitment exercise that one way or another will cost the recruits their personal resources, and then you say NO SALARY, that it is a voluntary job. Is that not a BIG FRAUD? Who in the world places the security of their community on free volunteers? Volunteers that will spend their money everyday to report to work, is money growing in their backyards? And you want or expect community policing to work. No, it won't work.

As i read comments I realized over 99% did not watch the video. Nigerians get big problem with reading. No wonder they said if you want to keep a secret from black man then hide same in between lines of literature.
The man is simply arguing that the federal govt idea of community policing is a fraud. It simply doesn't empower the community to deal with security challenge.

The man is right, community policing as presented by the Buhari led police is a fraud. How did the police suddenly came up with community policing initiative when Amotekun came up?
