CALMING THE STORM ON CAMPUS FOR ACADEMICIANS:
Hello young scholars and old folks in the systems. I found it very important to share with you my dear colleagues and friends to remind and inform you of some important points that can put you and your academic carrier at greater risk. But the important thing we must learn about them is that, these points are character and perception inclined. Frankly speaking being good pays, even though we cannot be Perfect. Honesty is the best policy. If you are doing bad try to stop it or be smart rather. Pls try and overcome your weakness with good will, good deeds, prayers and associating with correct people. These 23 risky points are as follows:
1.Encouraging examination malpractice.(Don't).
2. Discouraging research ethics and promoting plagiarism(Don't).
3. Mismanagement of funds,equipment and personnel.(Don't).
4. Alteration of examination results(Don't).
5. Sexual Abuse and harassment.(Don't).
6. Lecturing in more than one public university while not in contract, sabbatical or visiting or doing other petty jobs that distract your full contribution.(Don't).
7. Being a member of a cult or drug abuse group.(Don't)
8. Not delivering your duties above minimum expectations.(Don't).
9. Special treatment like failing students or passing them to gain a favour.(Don't).
10. Being too smart or too dull to response to stimulus and changes around you.(Don't).
11. Too much Participation or involvement in staff or student unionism.(Don't).
12. Doing something without permission and not documenting some facts and evidences.(Don't).
13. Fighting with staff or students.(Don't).
14. Deformation of some one's character and gossip.(Don't).
15. Being too rigid and non tolerance behaviour.(Don't)
16. Wanting to outshine your master.(Don't)
17. Do not overwork your self or others.(Do it)
18.Poor dressing style.(Don't).
19. Pride(Don't)
20. Taking things that should be kept in the office home (Don't)
21. Lack of privacy(Don't).
22. Being a friend to students at every time. (Don't).
23. Poor communication and presentation Skills.(improve).
