The Senate has clarified that Senator Biobarakuma Degi-Eremienyo remains a member of the upper chamber for now despite the certificate forgery which denied him a chance to become Bayelsa State deputy governor. We will patiently be waiting for the senate to make up their mind on this strange Bayelsa case. It's all about what the citizens of Bayelsa want. God bless Nigeria. Chikpat:You are a wise man. 7 Likes 4 Shares |

So assuming he committed a crime like assault or robbery all the reasons presented above will be valid excuse why he must remain a senator. That implies drug dealers, mad men, thugs, serial fraudsters, rapists, criminals can become Senators and have become senators in Nigeria . 11 Likes 2 Shares |
