Not surprised, don't you know who politicians are? Ants clovering around sugar! Practical aspect: throw a stone into a flock of perched birds, then study what happens. |

Chase the Hooligans-in-Power (HiPs) out and vote in better candidates. Remember to RSVP - Register; Select and sponsor(your candidates); Vote; Protect your votes; Let this be our motto for this election period. Re: IBB Group Joins Jonathan Campaign Group by londoner: 2:11pm On Dec 19, 2010 |
Is this a carefully planned kiss of death? I say do away with PDP full stop! These people were ready to support IBB even when it was clear that most Nigerians do not want him, they couldn't respond to that and withdraw their support? They are chasing power, simple, and Jonathan is a more likely honey pot than IBB. So they have jumped ship. |
Re: IBB Group Joins Jonathan Campaign Group by BigB11(m): 2:36pm On Dec 19, 2010 |
Uncle Jonathan can not win this election. Whether we like it or not, our next president is going to be from the north. Uncle Jo is too weak, too slow and too dumb to handle this country effectively and efficiently. Moreover, OBJ constantly pushing this dude all over the places is also not sending the right signal to the great people of this country. It isn't about Uncle Jo or his wife that is currently building 2 gigantic hotels in the southern part of Nigeria or any other Nigerian. It is all about our great country and electing a smart, tough candidate that has the capability to lead and empower unity among all Nigerians. An entity that knows one or 2 things about leadership, who has the passion to lead this country and absolutely not because he's being pushed to lead. Again, uncle Jo doesn't have what it takes and will never win the next election. |
Re: IBB Group Joins Jonathan Campaign Group by BigB11(m): 2:56pm On Dec 19, 2010 |
At this point, the last thing Nigeria needs is a weak and a dumb dumb leader. If you truly know uncle Jo, you'll clearly understand why Nigeria can not afford to have him as our leader. Making decision in general isn't compatible with Uncle Goodluck. His wife is even tougher. Furthermore, if there is anything promising about Uncle Jo, I think he should have used the few months @ the Aso Rock to send message or redefine himself to the great people of Nigeria. But it is what it is,you just don't ask a rat to give birth to a lion. The last time I checked, it was impossible and it still is. |

GEJ should exercise a lot of caution now. Ibb is maradona. He is out of the race & is like a wounded lion; dangerous. God will continue to shatter his evil plans. GEJ should realise that he is dinning with the devil, & so he should use an extremely long stick. |

Big B1:so the 20 PDP governors who endorsed him were wasting their time i disagree hes weak and dumb. substitute cautious for weak, and watchful for dumb. hes a silent dude whos facing a steep learning curve. i believe he will come through. eventually. |

Quote from: Big B1 on Today at 02:56:56 PM At this point, the last thing Nigeria needs is a weak and a dumb dumb leader. I have a younger brother who is very quiet but believe me, he is far from dumb. Do not mistake quietness for dumbness. Have you ever heard the proverb "empty vessels make the loudest noise"? I am schooled in human psychology and can tell you that people like GEJ can be very tough. Quiet people are tougher than loud people. Remember the story of the Chicken and the Duck? You have to understand the circumstances under which GEJ came into power. It wasn't very favorable so he had to play it cool until he has solidified himself politically. Give the guy some slack and watch him. One thing I like about the guy is that he is a bridge builder. He has been able to reach across to many people. Do you know what it takes to get the support of the North like he has gotten? And just to add, have you read how the Govs decided to support him? He literally threatened them that he would mess everything up if they betrayed him. He doesn't have to come to the public and try to talk tough. That is Atiku's style and that style has earned him many enemies. |

Big B1, you are a slowpoke to think that because GEJ is quite, he is weak and dumb. Sit your head down and think of all GEJ has done since he became president, you will know that he is not weak and dumb. |
