How to know your bra size is one of the most commonly asked questions by mums and indeed women. See below, a step-by-step guide on how to know your bra size and get it right once and for all. Get out a measuring tape and get in front of the mirror.

Determine your bra Band measurement:
To determine your bra band size, lift up your breast tissue and measure directly under the bust, across your ribcage. If you get an odd number, round up to the next even number, and that’s your band size. You want to make sure you are not putting on a padded or gym bra for this. A normal size bra or braless (if they are not too big), will be more accurate. That said, the measuring tape should be level all around and the measurement taken tightly because you want the band of your bra to be very snug- that’s the essence of all this, right?
