No matter how bad the case may look, once you create an opening (or lacuna), your supremacy is gone.

This case is a good one and legally there is nothing in it. All these names na intimidation, so to speak.

I like the way the PDP lawyer is committing himself, once Imo resumes, he will be quoted.

Supreme court should just maintain the existing judgment, so as not to contradict itself.

The judiciary as we know it today is in dire need of sanity, granting an application for review in any of the cases would pave way for future political manipulations. The judiciary should for once in the interest of this country and as a face saving measure, dismiss this frivolous applications with heavy cost on the applicants. I rest my case!
