YOU HAVE ALL YOU NEED!

This sentence often sounds like a lie or a mere motivation when said to people and many times we just hear it and wave it by, maybe because it doesn't sound practical enough or what we think we have disagreed with it. Whatever our reason might be does not make the statement untrue.

Everything we desire, dream and plan to achieve is all present in us in the form of a seed (skill, ability, relationship etc.) that needs to be planted.

When a woman is pregnant, what is mostly said is she's carrying a baby, and that baby in a few years will be someone's wife/husband, dad/mum, mother/father, boss/employee, friend, uncle/aunt, mentor/mentee, that baby is a new generation but simply a fetus at the time of conception.

All the mother needs to have that baby is an egg produced in her ovary in the form of ovarian follicles.

So that dream we have is an indication that the seed is on the inside of us.

All we need to do is:
Know what we want to do/achieve: This is where we dream and plan.
Know what it takes to be achieved: This is where we identify what is needed to achieve that dream/plan.
Identify what we have: This is where we look inward to reveal what we have which is a potential material to achieve that dream.
Learn about it: This is where we get ourselves educated by our mentors, coaches, peers and those who have harnessed what they have to know more about what we have.
Sow what we have: Now we put to use what we have discovered we have on our inside in service to others, in educating ourselves about it. Simply PUT TO USE WHAT YOU HAVE FOUND IN YOU.
The same way a pregnant woman is advised to go for antenatal care so that she can know all about the baby she is carrying till delivery, I'm advising you to get all the education (trainings, mentorship, coaching sessions, etc.) you can get to be able to harness the greatness already on your inside.
