If after 14 days there are no new cases, that means its contained.

If otherwise, i will advice that lagos, ogun plus ibadan should be cut off completely from the rest of the country. No one goes in or out.

If the federal government discovers that some of u are sneaking out to other states, then its time to get the services of the usa or russia.
