i was a abuja about 2 years ago to legalise my education documents for studies in one of the EU states. though i was denied visa due to a mistake i made(insufficient documents) . now i want to reapply/reprocess again but i was told that the legalised stampsand signatures on my documents are expired stamps and signatures from Nigerian ministery of education please how true is this. do signatures expire? |
