SW Attorney Generals can approach the courts to interpret the constitution vis a vis regional security and adjudicate.

NEC is a policy body, it is not the constitution and is not the Judiciary.

FG is afraid of SW taking issue of Amotekun to court because a loss will liberate every region in South and MB to float a regional security.

Let courts rule on it, we cannot use the statement of a policy governing body as the interpretation of law. Not acceptable!

The bolded is exactly the problem of the FG. Not forgetting that the best lawyers in this country are from the SW. They already schooled Malami the other day, he must have told them not to allow the SW file judicial proceedings.

Yes now!
Im truly surprised that NEC will concern itself on issues with legal controversy.

NEC has not found a fix for terrorism in NW and NE or NC....but trying to referre a matter in SW.

They are useless

Schooled schooled and schooled....Lol

Hope two of the said best lawyers has paid their debt as fined by supreme Court. In a sane country they should be debarred or suspended.

Which court again OP?

State Houses of Assembly have enacted laws backing Amotekun up as state outfits, what else is your problem?

Amotekun is not a regional outfit with a single command as planned. There's nothing anyone can do about it for obvious reasons.

You mean the one the corrupt judges decided to cry and give emotional verdict against.

The one in honourable Justice Mary Odili decided to play politics with?

Please I have this cool nature dealing with Christian Omoluabis but not the Muslim counterpart. They represent anything many can still term violence in religion.

Justice Odili chaired the panel while the lead Judgement was delivered by Justice Ejembi Eko. The review Judgement delivered by Justice Amina Augie.

The verdict is clear and inorder. Everybody must not be in APC with you guys. Since you guys hv decided to serve the caliphate slavishly till eternity....others don't and will never.

Don't use my head for your Jihad please.

Really

Why can't they quote the part of constitution that supports their argument?

Why was the lead judge trying to appeal to emotions not logical argument by crying while delivering final judgment?

Many rational people including Farouq Keproogi have denouced the judgment.

You will agree Tanko has been careful in rulings that will impact SW....

Amotekun is between Western Nigeria and the Constitution. All the meetings we are entertaining are just formalities to meet people midway for political expediency. When it comes down to its legality it will be Amotekun vs Constitution. What Ibo is incapable of doing we will get done and open the gate for everyone to liberate. Thats what FG is afraid of and they are treading carefully because they dont want it to get to court.

Using dead outfit called Amotekun to be disturbing the cyber space is totally nauseating.

The outfit had gone to dogs and rubbished in gutters. In the next few days the media will close the chapter of Amotekun for more serious business.

Who is this nuisance fuming in the mouth

All SW stakeholders have since agreed that Amotekun will be state based and the SW states are going to cooperate and/or collaborate where need be

How can a regional outfit work for chrissake

Aren't the laws backing Amotekun being passed by individual state house of assembly
