Delta State Traffic Officers Now Put On Body Cam by Foreignnews: 9:42am On Mar 02, 2020
According to a human right activist Gwamnishu Emefiena Harrison posted on his Facebook time-line this morning

"i met with Traffic officers of Delta State Traffic Management Authority wearing body cam on duty.

This is commendable and wishes the Police Authority allow officers on Patrol to wear same.
