Why is this filthy Alamajiri all over this Ihedioha case like a rash? Does this matter in any way make life better for you, or
for the daily killings going on in the north? Is it going to make boko haram disappear or reduce the illiteracy and poverty rate
in your part of Nigeria.

You should be concerned with the human catastrophe taking place in the north rather than issue of who governs Imo state.

You are still here making noise. I told you must have bowed your head in shame. Justice Nweze is partisan and an embarrassment. Ihedioha had no case in the review

You're the one that’s been proved totally wrong and should scurry away.

Justice Nweze JSC wrote:
“This Court has the power to over rule itself which it has done in the past for the sake of Justice”.
Which u said was impossible.

Hahaha oga stop deceiving yourself. Justice Nweze was partisan and he only ended up embarrassing himself. The Supreme Court said Ihedioha was basically asking for appeal on a concluded case and it lacked merit.. Which means the decision is final. You are mentioning Justice Nweze who was the lone voice in the panel and who ended up embarrassing himself.
The fact of the matter is that the Supreme Court cannot reverse it’s decision which we have been saying all along. Your quote also supports that claim!

You all should remember that today judgement must only favour one party out of the two parties contesting the judgement.
We have to take it as it goes. That the judges are biased in favour of a particular party is not correct.
Let us endure the judgement either you are satisfied with it or you are disappointed with it.

Tomorrow is another day

Still on Justice Nweze JSC:

“The Supreme Court in other jurisdictions have set aside itself per incuriam where it realized that it's judgement was given illegally or misled".

“He made reference to House of Lord, UK Supreme Court, US Supreme Court, Australia Supreme Court & said that this Court has the power to over rule itself which it has done in the past for the sake of Justice”.

The truth shall always prevail...

There was a man called Buhari.......

On record: He(Buhari)removed the CJN Walter Onoghen, disgracing the country in the eyes of the world.

The current CJN is sharia oriented..... Take a heart Nigerians I beg of you.

THAT NAME “NWEZE” WILL BE FOREVER WRITTEN IN GOLD in the annals of Nigerian jurisprudence!!!!
Imagine the pressure they must have put him under. Yet he stood his ground and told the TRUTH

The SC was clearly wrong or compromised or both.
There is no law that says they shouldn’t see the clearly fraudulent nature of the documents right in front of them.
Also notice how they carefully did not mention numbers in their judgement, in a case that’s all about numbers! For same reason they dared not mention meeting the constitutionally mandated geographical spread - because they know the numbers make no sense - the man gave himself more votes than there are voters! Same reason INEC dared not give the final tally of votes as they did in Bayelsa and all others - they’d be laughed at!

If you are a lawyer like me, then you would have felt the pain of this injustice the supreme court has entrenched forever in the Nigerian legal system. This case will be cited till Nigeria is no more. Those who sow the wind will reap the whirlwind. Justice Nweze will go down in history for this truth. I am not a party member but someone who read the law now being tainted with illegality in this administration. So sad

Imo Supreme Court Review:

Justice Centus Nweze, disagreed with the lead verdict and gave a dissenting opinion that allowed Ihedioha’s application.

Justice Nweze said he was satisfied that the judgement that declared Uzodinma winner was entered in error.

He held that the apex court has a duty to in the interest of justice, set-aside its decision that was given in error.

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.vanguardngr.com/2020/03/ihedioha-loses-again-as-supreme-court-declines-to-set-aside-imo-judgement/amp/

IPOB judge doing the IPOB thing.

Anywhere who reads Justice Nweze’s dissenting judgement would realise it read like someone who has scores to settle.

I’m disappointed in this judge who allowed ethnic sentiments to cloud his reasoning.
