A federal high court judge last week passed a judgment lifting a ban, on importation of the INEC DDC

machines, it has earlier issued. In his submission however, the judge said that the plaintiff, Bedding Holdings Limited had proven that they have a valid patent for the technology but only decided to lift the ban in the public interest.
