That's why the trio of OBJ, IBB and Abdulsalam Abubakar wanted him behind bars till the end of his days.

He will say things when these trio are no longer alive.
dmDo you really think anyone will believe him?, let him say everything he knows about those people and their mismanagement of fund coupled with their conspiracy towards Abacha death while they are still alive and if they are found guilty, majority of Nigerians will stop celebrating them and see them for whom they really are and he will forever be recognized as a hero in Nigeria

Last last, either we say the truth or not, everyone is surely gonna die

What people now mischievously refer to as “the Abacha loot” was the money the country kept in foreign banks deliberately to ward off the plot by the foreign powers to block our foreign reserve. This shows that Gen. Abacha was ahead of his time. He was a very trust-worthy man who never disappointed his friends. His composite love for Nigerians was legendary. Of all the military men who ruled Nigeria from 1976 to 1999, after the assassination of Gen. Murtala Muhammed: Olusegun Obasanjo, Muhammadu Buhari, Ibrahim Babangida, Sani Abacha, and Abdulsallami Abubakar, Abacha was the best in terms of managing the economy for the good of all Nigerians. His economic team led by Prof. Sam Aloku, Dr. Kalu Idika Kalu, Dr. Paul Ogwuma, and Chief Anthony Ani, remains the best till date.
you are not far from the truth, nice write up.

Truth is bitter
Abacha was a hero
Cos he didnt give power to yorubas as planned after he over threw shonekan
The plot to demonize him began with the formation of NADECO the yoruba militia group
Deal with the truth

Are you a retard? In your previous post listed below in your own words, you said Abacha was not smart and weak.

Are your hero's weak and stupid?

This is the reason why Nigeria is imploding even the so-called educated Nigerian are stupid and ignorant, how can any sane Nigerian claim Abacha was a hero, is it because he was from the North, look at the North today despite 70% of political and military power, is the North progressing.

Stop attacking other ethnic groups and focus on the failure of Abacha. You are welcome to attack OBJ, he was a crook but a far better leader than that idiot Abacha.

tiredoflife:
The yoruba people and their thieving elites called NADECO are responsible for the propaganda
Abacha lived above them all
He was killed not by any eating indian apple
But evil men whose goal was to continue the looting he stopped
His problem was he was weak
He didnt play smart by bringing all these thieves to a party to tell them he wants to hand over and kill them all

Abacha looted Nigeria Plain and simple. He took funds out he country at his own discretion out to protect his illegitimate Gorverment. Some of the funds only him and some of his close associates could easily access.
It is the mis-education of Nigerians. Just sad to read. Too many errors in their ways. Number 1 bs, abacha's economy was good. No it was not nigeria was likely in a recession for two years between 1993 and 1995. Manufacturing collapsed and we went deep into importation of everything. Same man, as the economy collapsed kept a so-called $9b for nigeria. How can an economy that never really recovered from a recession be good. Their central bank governor left for London and in the news for investing in properties there. This issue re-occurs every time, when shagari died same thing even though that era went through the worst economy and we had twenty years to get things on track.

You and I know that in this country, we celebrate hypocrisy better than achievement. The time will surely come when those things will change.

@mikehot , jaiz bank is a modern day Islamic bank, so try to be more factual. And there was treasury during the life time of the prophet (pbuh) where many goods were kept, so Islam is a religion of knowledge, if you(I am not talking to you) don't know it, please(not an insult) KEEP QUIET!!!!!

There is a ruling in Islam that its members are not supposed to keep money in banks.

I'm so sure abacha swore to uphold this oat as a true Muslim that is why the grand commander of jihadist Islamic Fulani affairs today denies any evidence of the money
Ruling?
U are wrong, muslims can keep money in a bank but cant accept interest (if interest is paid, then he/she share it to the less privilege)
