Lack of Visionary Leadership is the main problem of Nigeria so what do you think is the way out?

The way out is electoral reforms.

@ op, why not drop what you think should be the possible solutions before asking others?

Personally, I think not just the electoral process being reformed, the electorate should also be reformed.. A reformed mindset towards elections will have a long way to impacting the electoral processes
