Topla Industry a Cable and Wire Manufacturing company is looking for a Plant Manager to setup and maintain its production facility in Lagos State. The ideal candidate should have experience setting up and managing both a production facility and a team. They should be able to analyze each step of the manufacturing process and make effective use of resources to deliver desired outcomes. The candidate should have at least 4 years of relevant experience in cable manufacturing. The candidate will also have an ability to follow safety and compliance guidelines diligently in order to create a healthy work environment for all employees. He's responsibilities include but are not limited to



Responsibilities

Manage the setup and installation of factory equipment
Direct and organize workflow of the manufacturing plant
Setup and Oversee plant operations such as budget, production schedule and stock
Oversight function of all levels of production staff activities and performances
Maintain clean and safe workplace
Analyze production costs and inventory to establish areas for improvements
Ensure adherence to rules and workplace policies
Examine processes and design plans to effectively use available resources
Oversee new production stafff employees onboarding and training
Maintenance and repairs of factory equipments


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
5+ years of experience in manufacturing with minimum of 4 years relevant experience in cable manufacturing
Experience in plant management and manufacturing operations
Proven experience in troubleshooting operational issues
Strong communication, management and supervisory skills
Good understanding of regulatory requirements for operating a cable manufacturing plants
Project Management Skills is an added advantage
