Abeg if you have used iphone XS max and iphone 11 users, which is better based on individual experiences and not paper texts.

iPhone Xsmas is more beautiful.
But when it comes to front camera i give to 11

iPhone 11 pro is in every way better than the xs Max. Though they're of different price ranges


Better camera, marginally better display, faster processor, faster face id, newer (more guaranteed for a future iOS update), 2x faster charging with oem charger in box.


Xs Max is better in screen estate if you love bigger screen. And if you're going for the same budget, XS Max will guaranty you a Factory unlocked and higher storage for an equivalent price for an 11 pro (chip Unlocked and less storage)

If you want to feel that classic look : go for iPhone XS Max

If you want something very ugly : go for iPhone 11 Pro

If you want faster upgrade processor : go for iPhone 11 Pro. ( Difference isn’t much)

If you want bigger battery �: go for iPhone 11 Pro

Better camera: go for iPhone 11 Pro. ( the main difference is the wide Angle Camera)

RAM : both run on 4GB RAM.

Display: no big difference at all. You will hardly notice any differences between the display.

As for me: I will advise you to go for iPhone XS Max for now. Then wait for Iphone 12 pro which will be out by September.
