In 2017, We just finished our M.Sc and we had the ambition to further

So was doing the analysis

Most Ph.D programmes in Nigeria would take you about 5 -7 years to complete

The schedule could be interrupted with so much irregularities: strikes, unsolicited breaks, etc.

So for me to waste my time it was a no! no!

I made up my mind to jet out of the country for my PhD

So one day Bally saw a Newspaper publication advertising the World Bank Assisted Ph.D Programmes in ACE-CEFOR UniPort

He told me about it but I was skeptical

He applied in 2017, Started lectures in 2018

And in February, 2020 Bally is now a Doctor
And the biggest part of it is that it was fully funded ie 100% scholarship with the best learning facilities and research materials all provided

I'm really happy for him, but full of regrets too for not taking action and doubting too much.
