Since the outbreak of the Coronavirus, there has been a lot of claims by different stakeholders and religious folks as to the source and reason for this pandemic that has managed to affect world economy and bring certain countries to a standstill.

A Shi’ite Iraqi Islamic scholar Hadi Al-Modarresi initially believed that the Wuhan Virus was divine and a machinery by which God was punishing his enemies. He thought he would sit back as all of his beliefs were proven right as the virus swept across the lands of heathens. He thought he’d go untouched.

He thought wrong.

According to reports, Modarressi went on a rant on television calling the virus God’s punishment, specifically against China, for the government abusing Muslims:



“It is obvious that the spread of this virus is an act of Allah. How do we know this? The spread of the coronavirus began in China, an ancient and vast country, the population of which makes up one seventh of humanity. More than a billion people live in that country. The authorities in that country are tyrannical and they laid siege to more than a million Muslims and placed them under house arrest. The journalists in that country began to mock the niqab of Muslim women and they forced Muslim men to eat pork and drink wine. Allah sent a disease upon them and this disease laid siege to 40 million [Chinese people]. The same niqab that they mocked has been forced upon them, both men and women, by Allah, by means of the state authorities and officials.

“Islam forbade people from eating insects, but [the Chinese] mocked this matter. And there you have it, this disease spread from the world of animals – be it bats, ants, or snakes, the result is the same – to the human world and it has scared humanity in its entirety.”

The scholar has since tested positive for Coronavirus and has called out for prayers on his behalf so he can successfully battle the virus.

When someone is saved from certain death by a strange concatenation of circumstances, they say that's a miracle. But of course if someone is killed by a freak chain of events -- the oil spilled just there, the safety fence broken just there -- that must also be a miracle. The only thing I love about this Corona is that it does not discriminate

It takes the white - so their superiority complex will come to nothing

It affects the black - so we will stop deceiving ourselves of been naturally stronger

It affects Christians (even their oga at the top, the pope) so they won't think their religious difference is superior to others or make them think they have a special grace that will make others infected and not them

It affects Muslim, even the core Islam country Iran and Saudi Arabia so they won't think stoning Satan amount to stoning the problem in their life or world



Terrorist should learn from this if their Allah won't save them on earth he won't save them on any other planet either


It affect atheist - so they all know that 'lack of faith/religion' just like faith/religion itself, saves no one

It affects the rich/politicians/people we voted for - so they won't think they can deny the populace basic and medical amenities then run abroad for their own treatment, take note president buhari

It affect poor so he won't think his poverty is enough and will make him immune to other problem hence he don't need to work harder

I disagree with you on this!

We must go in line with the logic of the scholar in question!

If he is now infected with CORONA VIRUS, and CORONA VIRUS is the result of Allah's vengeance against those opposing Islam,
then it means the scholar is speaking UNKNOWINGLY against Islam, that's why he also got infected!

Note that Islam was taught to have been a peaceful religion, therefore if the scholar is hypocritically speaking in the public for peace but underneath he is for terror, then he is suffering the vengeance from the TRUE God of Peace!

So the solution should be he must find out the truth about Islam and start telling the whole world before it's too late.

If Islam is fake then he must speak, if it's just a fabricated concept then he must speak and if it's not he must start speaking every hidden things he knew about Islam or CORONA VIRUS will take his life and he will end up in hellfire forever and ever!
