I’ve though of moving to Abuja for a while until all is clear but then I thought what if I already have the virus but symptoms yet to appear and appears while in Naija. What’ll be my fate in our mushroom hospitals? So I’d rather stay in the UK until all is clear.

Czech republic, a state of emergency was declared yesterday for 30 days. All major borders have been shut and the one with Austria and Germany will come with some serious checks. Anyone without permanent residence or temporary residence for over 90 days will not be allowed into the country. I think it'll be irresponsible of me to return to Nigeria at this time. I'll be risking my health and that of other people that may not have it, if I have it. It's no use jumping about at this time, stay where you are guys.

Moreover, I am sure I'll get the vaccine here before anyone in Nigeria does anyway.

Noone is panicking for their lives.
Anyway they are not really particular about dying than we Nigerians.
The only scare for them is the isolation cos they are used to outdoor activities.

The vaccines are being tested at the moment and it will come out faster than we think.
When was the vaccine discovered? Stop the lord abeg. This is how some of you lie to deceive your . ignorant relatives and friends at home

Hello guys. Lately I have just been curious to know the fate of Nigerian's outside the country like your friends and family.

The coronavirus issue is just getting out of hand.
Like have some people you know started making plans to coming back to Nigeria's or like how are they surviving out there. Let's discuss about this.

Pls help move this to front page so we can talk about this.

I don't see the panic too just that my favorite store is empty, church closed and doing online services etc colleges are closing ..... everything is closing..but work not closed yet :-)
"No work next week don't use your leave days as we will pay" na that one man pickin dey wait to hear grin grin

May all stay well!

ibkayee:
Asides your normal media reports, I’m not really ‘seeing’ the panic around me, standard company emails addressing it and things to do in certain cases, a few empty aisles in some supermarkets, a few people with face masks but I’m not feeling the panic as much as I guess I should be

All the best to everyone out there though

Imagine if the covid-19 already hit Nigeria, the we are in serious trouble.
Re: Coronavirus: What Is The Fate Of Nigerians Abroad? by armyofone(m): 9:59pm On Mar 13, 2020
If the Virus is not yet in Nigeria, that is a good news. I think Nigeria govt should watch out for those coming in as they may be bringing the disease to pristine Nigeria (abi)

Sunofgod:
Only a mad man would consider returning to Nigeria because of corona..... you stand a better chance of survival outside Nigeria. Boko Haram and Buhari remain more deadly.
Re: Coronavirus: What Is The Fate Of Nigerians Abroad? by armyofone(m): 10:00pm On Mar 13, 2020
I pray it doesn't get to Nigeria and other African countries!! It will be so hard to contain!

you mean you are impressed by the scam? ok

Larryslim:

That's a lie! Here, Schools are shut down, Train Stations, Metro Stations or anywhere that contains more than 200 people are getting closed down. Supermarkets will be closing soon if the virus rate goes high. Things are already become uncomfortable for us, but everyones still living life in Nigeria, nothing's happening, so I stay we are the ones in real danger.

that means you did not understand what I meant.
