Open another email and make a fresh application. I experienced same thing as you now.

However, don't submit this one that's incomplete yet. Also, if you are starting a new one, make sure you have all your documents and details in hand so that you fill and follow each step without having to cut it short. That's how the problem starts.

Just apply now.
