I just received 2 reject mails today, and to say the truth it changed my entire mood, so receiving a reject or not getting any response at all which do you prefer

Reject mail is better so you can move on mentally to other opportunities

I think it's height of irresponsibility from HRs not to get back to applicants. Especially if the recruitment has passed the first stage.


It's one of the ways to know a standard firm that cares about staff welfare.


It may be painful, but closure helps you to move on.

No one likes reject email, but it's better than no communication. I can't count numbers of reject mails I've gotten. There's no stopping me. We shall laugh las las...
