If you want to genuinely lose fat, you must make some lifestyle changes as well as a total commitment. You may ask what if you are too busy? You can never be too busy to lose fat no matter how busy you might be.

You should approach fat loss plan the way you approach your business by doing the following:
• Total commitment to the cause
• Never give up until you reach your goal
• Never make failure an option
There is no reason why you should not be successful if you put as much effort into your fat loss program as you do your job. If you are truly committed to losing the extra kg, you must understand that it requires a few lifestyle changes. You do not have to do anything out of the ordinary, just small changes that will benefit you in the future because you will feel better and look good

Create time to do some form of physical activity
Your first task is to create time for physical activity. It is advised that you find something you enjoy doing or rotate between different activities so that you do not get bored. If you finally choose a regular exercise routine, it is best to do it first thing in the morning and schedule a time every day for this.

The reason why it is best to do your exercise in the morning is that it makes you feel good throughout the day. This way you will not have the excuse of being too exhausted to get it done if you get home from a long day of work

Avoid sweet treats in your food The next thing you should do is to change your diet once you have established an exercise program. Replace all the junk foods in your home with healthy options like vegetables and fresh fruits, and also plan what you are going to eat at work each day. If all you have in your work place are junk foods, then you must bring your own food to work to enable you stick to your diet.

If you have issues with snacking, you can snack at home or work if you want, but instead of eating sweet opt for a fruit plate or some delicious nuts such as pea nuts or sunflower seeds.

Drink a minimum of eight glasses of water everyday
Keep in mind that one of the essential components of healthy living is water. It helps to keep your body refreshed throughout the day, and the best part of it is that it has zero calories. This means you can drink as much as you want and you will not gain a kg. Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water each day especially a glass before each meal.
