We have a vacancy for the position below:

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Egbeda, Lagos

Detailed Responsibilities
• Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
• Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
• Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
• Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management
• Monitor office expenses, imprest and tally and enter cash receipts
• Bank statement reconciliation

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
• Candidate must possess SSCE/OND in Accounting plus ATS
• Must have minimum of 2 years experience in offering accounting duties.
• Must be adept in the use of Accounting Software, Microsoft Excel and Word
• Must have verbal and written articulacy, professional discretion, integrity and efficiency.
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Well organized
