Check on google or jumia. If you bought from a standard store take it back and complain to them

That not an issue bro, it's a deficiency; u didn't do ur research well before buying. I am using the same phone and before I got it, I told myself I was going to live with "No fingerprint" in so far as I got 4g lite and 5000 mah battery

I have one too and if you had bothered to check the spec on gsmarena you would have seen that the redmi a series do not come with fingerprint and ir blaster, enjoy your new phone

Mtcheeew. I even thought it was a real issue sef. Always do your homework before going to throw your cash into voicemail. You could've at least read the specs on the carton even before you opened it, but no....
