Court Send Lawyer That Forged Legal Papers to Get Judgement Against Sen Ifeanyi Ubah to Prison.




Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court, Abuja, has ordered that Barr Eziafa Samuel Enwedo be remanded in Kuje prison.
The lawyer represents one Dr Obinna Uzoh and others, who are charged with criminal conspiracy, forgery, perjury and fraud. They falsified all legal documents to obtain a fraudulent judgement against Senator Ifeanyi Ubah at the Kubwa area court.
Dr Uzoh and others are currently on the run and Justice Abang instructed that Bar Enwedo be remanded in Kuje prison till March 25, 2020, the next adjourned date.
