Dele Momodu Calls For Osinbajo To Lead Covid-19 Offensive by Kakaakinews: 12:23pm On Mar 20, 2020 |
Former Presidential aspirant and founder of Ovation Magazine, Chief Dele Momodu, has repeatedly called on President Muhammadu Buhari to allow Vice President Yemi Osinbajo lead the offensive on coronavirus pandemic. In a series of tweets on Thursday, the renowned writer drew comparison between what was obtainable in other climes especially the United Kingdom where Prime Minister Boris Johnson have been holding daily press briefings. He noted that Prof. Osinbajo would match up to any world leader if allowed to lead our anti-coronavirus team. "Are you watching the British Prime Minister BORIS JOHNSON's press conference? He's been answering rigorous questions every day!!! To those who usually get angry about these observations, let me say this, President BUHARI should PLEASE allow VP OSINBAJO lead this major offensive!", Momodu tweeted. Some of his followers on Twitter also echoed his line of thought. They said the coronavirus pandemic was beyond politics and should be addressed hands on. "This was Boris Johnson's update on #COVID19 to the British people yesterday evening, Prof Osinbajo is able and very articulate in this type of scenario, therefore crackpot Northern clique must give way for him to step in. #COVID19 has gone way past their capacities," John-Ezeakolam, a wellness advocate said. Creative designer, Henry MacDovah also aligned with Mr Momodu. "I stand with you on this boss. President Buhari should step down for Prof Osinbajo," he said. Olaifa Olaleye Leo seconded Mr Momodu as well. "Sir, you made a wonderful and good point. VP Osinbajo can take this up and we are proud of him and we know he will handle it well. Thank you Sir," he tweeted.

Osibanjo is an errand boy. If Buhari order him to go to The street of China or Italy and keep trekking around, he'll wholeheartedly do it. 2 Likes

Is Abba Kyari and Buhari dead? Leadership is about good and bad times. It’s time for them to step up and move about. Old men only concerned in stealing and killing even when they are almost dead. Whether they like it or not, Corona is here now and it will get to them because they stupidly let it in. Osinbajo must sit back and let those two geniuses work hard. Recession and virus combo. Now, it’s time to use their brains. |

With all their addressing coronavirus is ravaging their countries.Instead of you to appreciate the one that's actually working and be thankful,it's an address that's giving you wailers so much headache. It's like if you guys were to choose between thousands dieing plus an address, and no one dead with no address. You'd choose the former. smh |
