They should lockdown Lagos.

Should we have stopped Nigerians from returning home?

These are Nigerians who had already been infected outside of the country, but only detected after they had arrived to show symptoms later.

As long as Nigerians continue to arrive from infected countries, we should expect the count to continue. The only solution is to lockdown our airspace and land borders against any incoming living entity, which would affect trade and commerce, and crash the economy that is consumer based rather than producer based.

The only commendation we can give the government is that they have helped to prevent the patients from passing the virus to others.

Only the Italian passed it to just 1 person, and just 1 of the new cases was an infection resulting from close contact with one of the earlier detected patient.

Hence, 20 out of 22 cases in Nigeria have been imports by 19 Nigerians and 1Italian.

Screenings only checks for symptoms not the virus itself, you can have the virus and not show any symptom for up to a week
