Science is quite surprisingly compatible with God's knowledge... animals on the 5th day, humans on the 6th. If you replace the word day with "billions of years", it's the same story.

Humans were created from clay... which to me is compatible with "modern humans emerged from a more basic form".

From a purely agnostic point of view, the Bible describes creation and evolution in terms that were understandable to humans at the time. If the Bible were to be rewritten today, perhaps it would talk more about genes and microbiology (which are understandable to today's humans). If it had been written 100,000 years ago, I doubt we'd even see some of the relatively modern concepts like "manger" or "being a shepherd" since humans were not keeping animals at that time.

Don't you understand that these test kits or machines can have a degree changes and failures?

Even the research spoke to confirm the bible when they said the first humans ate herbs and others. The bible said it in Genesis.

The sole evidence of this point of view is a written account by scholars of their time (albeit inspired by their Creator). A multitude of evidence around us suggests evolution over a long period of time. I don't mind conceding that God created a system of rules, and then let the system play out (hence star formation, planets, primordial chemicals, life, evolution eventually leading to humans).

The world is not 6,000 years old. Bible was written in a way that made sense to people at the time. If God should inspire people to rewrite the Bible, it would read a lot like a scientific textbook, based on the knowledge that people have today.

Yes, shout out to the medical practitioners... I have a few in my family and we're hoping they continue taking all the necessary, scientifically-based precautions, and not relying on prayer to a God that makes wonderful things like humans and the viruses that kill them.
