I want to believe that this published news is fake, because if it's really true.

Then know that more than 1000 Nigerians are living with this virus.

Nigeria has never been good with data, so if the government says the confirmed cases are now 30, I can bet my left buttocks that the real number is likely triple of that. I can also bet there are people going around coughing and sneezing without having the foggiest idea that they are not suffering from the regular common cold, but rather something infinitely more insidious.

Egungun has reached express and his family members have even joined him.

I believe the numbers out there are far more than what they reveal.

"... 2 cases are returning travelers... " and they were allowed in without adequate screening and if possible quarantined? I hope these people aren't trying to cash out grin

Sorry I have to sound awkward about this. But being positive to this in a country like this gives one a peace of mind than being negative...

And our borders are still opened. People come in asymptomatic with the virus undetected and are allowed to go home.

We had more than two months ahead to prepare for this epidemic. Infact, all these cases could have been avoided if we shut our borders immediately after the Italian case.

If a person is not feeling too well but not totally sick, how do u get a test in Lagos? I’m asking for someone

You’d have been right, except that they are all returnees or their close relatives/contacts - the same exact case in ALL tropical countries!

Yenefer:
So far this season, the Nigeria Center for Disease Control has recorded 36 million malaria cases in Nigeria., with 370,000 hospitalizations and 22,000 deaths. Where's the panic?
This sometimes sounds like it was an evil plan. Came out of control and they had to say something that sounds good. This one world order formed by world organizations is not good for humanity. We don't need those mass global organizations anymore. Keep it nationwide only. Corruption is the most widely spread outbreak in the world. The Coronavirus is nothing compare to Corruptionvirus. No surprises there. All these ‘world’ organizations gain more power and most importantly money from the one world order. UN. Unesco, EU, AU, Olympic Committee, WHO etc etc.
thats why they hate populists who care more about their people and their sovereignty than pumping billions into these corrupt monoliths. Well it seems pretty clear now that this virus is being use by the global elites to take back the control they have lost in the last few years.

What's your aim with all these bullshît you always type here.

False news. The media is just interested in causing panic and justifying the government actions of shutting down everything.
