The Local Government Council of Ethiope West in Delta State, Nigeria has with immediate effect shut down all periodic markets in the Council, Schools, Religious gatherings of more than 50 persons, marriages and other burial ceremonies. This was made known in an exclusive chat with the Chairman Ethiope West LGA Hon Solomon Golley in his office at Oghara, the council capital.
