BREAKING: Sanwo-Olu orders closure of Lagos markets by Omooba77: 5:27pm On Mar 24, 2020
The Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has ordered the closure of all markets not selling essential commodities such as medical equipment, water, foodstuff with effect from Thursday.

Sanwo-Olu said this in a live press conference on Tuesday, The PUNCH reports.

He said, “It is not a total lockdown, we still want people on essential services to go about their normal activities.

“We are trying to de-centralise markets in Lagos. This is why we want to use some of our closed schools as markets, so people can buy food and medicine without going a long distance.

“It is only when you are alive that you can talk about economics and finance.”

Now the reality is getting set.

Those of you who haven't stock your homes, here are my suggestions.

1. Garri 2. Rice & Beans 3. Yams 4. Noodles 5. Powdered Grounded Pepper 6. Powdered Grounded Egusi 7. Powdered Grounded Ogbono 8. Smoked meat & fish 9. Unripe Plantain 10. A Crate of Eggs.

As a bachelor or spinster, 10k will get you the above food variaties.

Start taking actions before the epidemic descends on the poor masses which includes me.

During the Syrian war, a Syrian civilian survived on toothpaste for 2 months before been rescured.

Lets be proactive personally.
