Mate!!! First, buy books or register for a course. Second buy pcs (two or more on a network would be nice). Install the necessary software, and start trying to implement your solutions. When you run into problems, bring the problems here, and we will try to help you tackle them. No disrespect man, but what you're asking about is a reasonably lengthy process, and I'm not sure anyone will simply post that here in a few lines.

You can also check the internet, there are lots of free websites that offer information regarding that process.
